After an eruption one of the possible hazards is widespread ashfall. The Civil Defence Emergency Management Office says; If you have to go outside use protective gear such as masks and goggles and keep as much of your skin covered as possible. Wear eyeglasses, not contact lenses as these can cause corneal abrasions.
These type 3 coveralls are made from 60 gsm strong non-woven fabric coated with a breathable water resistant PE film to protect from non-toxic splashes, spays and micro particles.
These coveralls have a zipped front, elasticised hood and cuffs, and elasticised and zipped ankles. They do a great job of keeping clothing clean and dry in dusty/dirty environment where there is a splash risk, or stopping contamination of products from dirt that may be carried on clothing. They are light-weight and breathable.
These coveralls are made to be worn for extended periods.
Sizes from M to 3XL. It is always better to buy a bigger size in these as they are not meant to be tight fitting. I would go 1 size up at least. The elastic around the ankles and wrists mean that the extra size is not a hazard. Many of our customers just buy 1 size - 3XL!
